Clinical Engagement

Postby richard steyn » Sun Jan 02, 2011 8:24 pm

Enagagement of individuals and alignment of purpose remains one of biggest challenges for anyone trying to lead or facilitate system improvement. Here is another presentation I have used to stimulate discussion on engaging teams.

Although the process of change is often best where organised, structured and logical the engagement often requires to be more on an emotional level supported by constant communication and recommunication. Rarely do teams or individuals stay engaged just because on one occasion they were.

kind regards

Richard
